Majority package of "Umi-pek" on Belgrade Stock Exchange on April 1st

The Share Fund of Serbia announced yesterday (March 17, 2008) that it would offer the package of 70.01% of stocks of food industry "Umi Pek" from Leskovac on the Stock Exchange on April 1st, at starting price of 28m RSD.

As it is specified, the investors on the auction will be offered 280,111 stocks at minimum price of 100 RSD per stock, and the deadline for applications for participation in the auction is March 27.

Leskovac-based "Umi Pek" realized incomes worth 215.7m RSD in 2005 and ended that year with the loss in amount of 28.6m RSD.

In 2006, that company registered profit in amount of 1.6m RSD, on the basis of incomes amounting to 192.1m RSD.
