Germans building 21,000 m2 factory – City of Krusevac approves disposal of land for Kromberg & Schubert facility

The Municipal Assembly of the City of Krusevac adopted a feasibility study of disposal of publicly owned building land in favor of the investor, Germany's Kromberg & Schubert, on October 31. The decision on preparing the draft law on disposal of building land free of charge was also adopted.

A factory with an area of 21,000 m2 will be raised on the land in the first stage of the construction, followed by an extension of 12,000 m2. The investor plans to raise a production facility and employ 1,776 workers in the first five years and to have a total of 2,500 employees by the sixth year.

The planned value of the investment is EUR 28.9 million, reports the website of the City of Krusevac.
