Total of 58.02% of catering company "Jadran" on auction on March 26

The Share Fund of Serbia has announced that it will offer 58.02% of capital of the company for trade, catering and services "Jadran" from Novi Bečej for sale on the auction on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on MArch 26, at starting price of 8.667m RSD.

According to the Share Fund, 16,732 stocks of company "Jadran", 13,857 of which are owned by the Share Fund, and 2,875 stocks are owned by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, are offered for sale.

Starting price of the stock will be 518 RSD. All those interested in participation in the auction should submit the confirmation that they have 8.667m RSD on the restricted account prior to March 21. This must be submitted to the Share Fund through the broker company.

According to the data of the CEntral Securities REgistry, the Share Fund and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund own 58.02% of "Jadran", while all other stockholders have less than 0.8% each.
