Winter flight schedule at the airport Nikola Tesla begins October 30 - 22 companies to 56 destinations from Belgrade



Belgrade Airport Nikola Tesla announced today that as of Sunday, 30 October until 25 March 2017 it will begin implementation of the winter timetable.
During the winter season in regular air transport 22 airlines will provide passengers direct flights to 56 destinations in Europe, North America, Middle East and North Africa, said in the statement. It is anticipated that there will be an increase in the total number of flights of around 5% in relation to the number of flights during the last season.
It is stated that the flights to New York by Air Serbia would be conducted during the winter period and that flights timetable to other countries in the region has been adapted in accordance with these flights.
According to announcements, the national carrier will continue flights to Larnaca and Hamburg, while there will be one more flight per week introduced to Berlin, Milan, Tivat and Tirana.
During this year's winter season, two Israeli airlines, Israir Airlines and Arkia Israeli Airlines are planning for the first time to introduce series of charter flights between Belgrade and Tel Aviv.
According to announcements, during the next summer season flights to Amsterdam, Transavia Airlines will start conducting in early April, while the airline Wizz Air will establish flights to Friedrichshafen, Nurnberg, Hanover and Malta in the second half of May.
