Serbian Association of Managers to open Regional office in Novi Sad

The delegation of Serbian Association of Managers has recently (February 22, 2008) visited the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina and University in Novi Sad and, at the meeting with the management of these institutions, they discussed possible forms of cooperation.
Delegation of Serbian Association of Managers was made of almost all members of the Administrative Board, led by Slobodan Vučićević, President of the Association, and the hosts on behalf of the Chamber were: Nikola Stojšić (President), Dušan Vučičevič (Secretary General), Stevo Bobić (member of the Administrative Board), as well as Milan Ćeran (Assistant to the Secretary of Economy of AP Vojvodina)
The delegation of Serbian Association of Managers represented numerous projects of the Association on that occasion, and special attention was paid to the projects fo education, international activities of the Association, as well as program for students' practice "Na praksi SAM" in the companies whose CEOs are members of SAM.
It has been stated that great success of our economy represents the fact that, only few months after the founding, Serbian Association of Managers became adjoined member of the European Confederation of Managers (www.cec-managers.org), and the hosts were very interested in implementation of two significant projects of SAM - model of Ethical code of managers, as well as Managerial contract.
Delegation of Serbian Association of Managers has also represented the steps that have already been made for the opening of the Regional Office of SAM in Novi Sad, and the management of the Chamber accepted this information with great satisfaction and offered the both organizational and logistic support to that project.
