Master center of Novi Sad’s Fairgrounds to be finished prior to the end of year, €24m

Construction works on congress, business-trade Master Center of the Novi Sad Fairgrounds have been completed and vocational works are underway.

The construction of Master center worth about €24m is divided into 2 phases- the first phase encompassed construction of the halls and galleries on 10,000 square meters, whereas remaining 20,000 square meters, along with office space and hotel, will be finished until the end of the year, as planned.

Of 13,000 square meters of office space, 8,000 have already been sold. So far, over 50 companies from SCG, BIH, Croatia, Slovenia and Great Britain have rented space in the Master Center.

Master centar is included in the Network of European Business Centers and the International Association of Congress Centers.
