Sojaprotein retains last year's profit - Shareholders not receiving cash dividend payments

The annual general meeting (AGM) at Sojaprotein (SJPT), held on June 27th, approved financial statements from the last year and decision on profit distribution, as well as others issues at agenda.

As it was proposed, shareholders will not receive any cash dividend payment. The amount of RSD 1.13bn earned in 2015 remains mainly as retained (RSD 1.07bn), while smaller part of RSD 56.3m goes into reserves.
