The production hall of Wunder in Aleksandrovo on sale – Starting price RSD 63 million

The starting price for the entire property is around RSD 63 million with the deposit of RSD 23 million. The public bidding will take place on July 22, 2016.

The property of the Nis company has been selling for years, and its price has gone down considerably. The starting price at the 2014 bidding was around RSD 208 million.

The company Wunder was founded in 2002 as a joint venture. The founders were Vulic & Vulic Ltd from Nis and Eurochem GmbH from Vienna. They used to produce cocoa, milk and nut chocolates, chocolate desserts and waffle treats.
