Shareholder assembly of Alfa plam due June 16 - Proposed dividend totals RSD 1000 per share

The Board of Directors of Vranje-based manufacturer of ovens and stoves, Alfa Plam, held regular Assembly of shareholders for June 16 and the agenda, among other things, adoption of financial statements for the last year and a decision on profit distribution.

The same as last year, management proposed dividend payment to shareholders of RSD 157.3 m and RSD1,000 gross per share (dividend yield of around 3%). The date of the Assembly, Jun 16 was determined as the dividend day. The company will keep the remaining amount of RSD 603.9 m as retained earnings.

One of the items on the agenda of the Meeting of Shareholders is the notice on implementation of the first stage of acquisition of industrial technology and brand "Calux”.
