"Raketa’s"
bus station in Užice, one of the most beautiful facilities of the kind in
Serbia, will be offered for sale on auction on Friday, December 14.

and ground floor of the facility will not be the subjects of the sale.

with numerous business outlets. The starting price is 68m RSD.

collect its claims from Stock Company "Raketa".
Potential buyers of "Raketa’s" bus stations are the owners of transportation companies. Another potential buyer, according to the public, is municipality of Užice, which is interested in buying that facility and forming public transportation company.
The building of bus station in Užice was built 15 years ago and its architect, Goran Martinović, won prestigious "Borba's" award for architecture in 1992 for that project."Raketa" - Passenger Transportation was one of the largest transportation companies in Serbia until recently. It was privatized five years ago, but the Privatization Agency nulled the sales contract with former owner Miloš Radenković from Kraljevo, who left numerous debts and mortgages on property of the company behind.
