Sunoko wants 21% shares at Senta-based sugar plant TE-TO

Sunoko which is within MK Group announced the intention for takeover of shares at Senta-based sugar factory TE -TO owned by minority shareholders.

On Wednesday, at BSE, Sunoko bought a 0.34 % stake of Senta-based sugar refinery and immediately announced intention to takeover shares of this company which are in the hands of minority shareholders .

As announced in the intention, majority owner of sugar plant in Senta, Italian SFIR operates with Sunoko mutually and intention for takeover refers to 20.9 % of shares owned by minority shareholders.

TE -TO , which takes up about a fifth of the domestic market , has recently announced that last year it registered a loss of RSD 286 m due to low sugar price compared to big minus of RSD 926.2 m generated in 2014.
