Trstenik-based Prva petoletka goes bankrupt

The Commercial Court in Kraljevo has opened bankruptcy proceedings against holding company in industry of hydraulics and pneumatics Prva petoletka from Trstenik .

The Court invited all creditors to report to the Commercial Court their secured and unsecured claims while at the same time it invited all debtors to fulfill their obligations to the bankruptcy mass.

The court appointed as bankruptcy trustee, the Agency for licensing bankruptcy trustees.
