Negotiations to start with "UBA United Business Activities Holding AG" about sale of 60.54% of stocks of Sugar Factory "Zrenjanin"

- Tender commission for sale of 60.54% of public capital in stockholding company Sugar Factory "Zrenjanin" has made the decision to start negotiations with the only bidder on the tender - Swiss company "UBA United Business Activities Holding AG" - Privatization Agency announced.

Since this is a tender with one bidder, Ministry of Economy and REgional Development will form the Commission for negotiations in the following period.

What is offered for sale on the tender is package of stocks owned by Share Fund and Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

Privatization Agency announced tender for sale of package of stocks worth about 109m RSD, that is, total of 1,817,714 stocks whose nominal value is 60 RSD.
