Halkbank is considering new acquisitions in the Balkans - Branch offices expansion and new hires underway in Serbia

In the upcoming period, Turkish Halkbank will consider all the options in the Balkans so that it would become a strong regional bank, its GM,Ali Fuat Taskesenlioglu said.

He said for Anadolija agency that the objective of the bank is that, in the upcoming period, it increases activities and work on strengthening of the brand at the foreign market and that becoming one of the most important players in the financial sector in the countries of the region is one of the basic objectives of the developmental strategy.

Taskesenlioglu said they are considering business options in other countries of the region as well.
