MK Group takes over 13,9% at Gorenjska banka

Serbian AIK bank, owned by MK Group of a businessmen Miodrag Kostic, increased capital at Gorenjska banka, taking over 13,9% its shares and thus became the second biggest owner of the bank at Kranj, Slovenian STA agency reports.

Gorenjska banka increased capital with EUR 13 m and major part of funds was provided by AIK bank.

Planned capital boost went successfully where all 56.522 new shares were purchased at EUR 230 per share it was communicated at the official internet web page of Gorenjska banka.



Serbian AIK bank acquired 53.768 new shares at EUR 12,37 m which is 99,8% out of total available shares in the second stage of capital increase, the bank announces.

AIK banka will, as STA reports, be the main player at shareholder meetings since its majority owner, financial Sava holding, is deprived of right to vote.
