After this visit, as Klepić says, it is expected that Cuban experts will define their needs and "Aleva" is ready for transfer of technologies, because it has 60-year experience in this field.
"Aleva" is willing to transfer technology for processing vegetables for ready-made soups, spice mixes, production of powder assortment for ice-cream, cream or sweet creams to Cuba.
The contact between Cuban economy and the factory in Novi Kneževac has been established thanks to preparations for big Food Fair in Havana, which will be held between November 1 and 11 in Havana - at the same time as the Second Business Forum of Non-Aligned Countries. By the way, the Ministry of Agriculture and Chamber of Commerce of Serbia took part in preparations.
