Seventeen short films in competition at Kustendorf

This year`s Kustendorf will see young directors from Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Mexico, Palestine, Russia, Serbia and Spain competing for festival awards, it was announced on the official website of the event.
Kustendorf Film Festival selector Dunja Kusturica has chosen 17 among nearly 400 short films that applied for the festival.
The main programme of this year`s Kustendorf will include the screenings of the following short films: If You See Maria (Ivana Anastasovska, England), Artun (Gudmundur Arnar Gudmundson, Iceland), Wartburg (David Borbas, Hungary), The City (Masa Sarovic, Serbia), If I Had It My Way I Would Never Leave (Marko Grba Singh, Serbia), Twosome (Masa Neskovic, Serbia), The Return of Erkin (Marija Guskova, Russia), Ave Maria (Basil Khalil, Palestine/France/Germany), Namo (Unknown) (Salah Salehi, Iran), Our Guardians (Igor Simic, France/Serbia), Nothing Stranger (Pedro Collantes, Spain), Picnic (Jure Pavlovic, Croatia), Under The Sun (Qiu Yang, China/Australia), Umbilical Cord (Eliza Petkova, Germany), Windrose (Kosta Ristic, Serbia), In Self Defense (Mariana Arriaga, Mexico), and Four Corners of a Circle (Katarina Stankovic, Germany/Mexico/Serbia).
