Andrej Beslac named new General Manager of Carlsberg Serbia Group

Andrej Beslac is assuming the position of General Manager at Carlsberg Serbia Group, which covers the markets of Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro, on 1 January 2016. He is going to replace Gabor Bekefi who have been holding various managerial positions at the company in the region of southeast Europe over the last five years or so.

Hired by Carslberg Serbia 11 years ago, Beslac has so far worked as Business Development Director, Marketing Director and, over the past three years, as Sales Director at this company. Prior to coming to Carlsberg, he had been on the finance team at Holcim, and he had also spent two years managing City Express, a member of Austrian Post.

Andrej Beslac graduated from the Hawaii Pacific University (BBA) and later took a master's degree from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris.

Bekefi will stay in the company until 30 January 2016 to gradually hand over the responsibilities coming with the position of General Manager to Beslac.
