Business innovation center in Kragujevac by end of year

Thanks to the funds of the city administration of Kragujevac and Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, reconstruction and adaptation of old "Zastava's" clinic has started and that is wher the first Business innovation center in that city will be built by the end of the year.

That center will host, under favorable conditions, young innovative people who are willing to start their own business. For the needs of the opening of the first Business innovation center, city administration used funds from the National INvestment Plan to buy old "Zastava's" clinic for 185m RSD, Ministry of Economy will invest 26m RSD in reconstruction and adaptation of that facility, while American NGO ACDI/VOCA will buy equipment worth 60,000 USD.

- The center will be able to hose 26 companies. Young entrepreneurs will obtain completely furniths office space with low price of fee and professional and consulting services in field of marketing, sale and market - said city expert for project management Dragan Ranković.

- Furnished office space will be given to young people who have innovative ideas and best possible business plans - said member of the city entrepreneurial council, Dragan Paunović, pointing out that Dutch agency "Spark" (former ATA) will finance work of four young entrepreneurs with 1.5m EUR on annual basis.
