Research of the International Certificates Organization - Citizens of Serbia most satisfied with private health sector services

At the moment, citizens of Serbia are the most satisfied with the service level in private health sector, then banking, catering and services in technical equipment retail, electronic and household appliances, the poll of International Organization for Certificates, ICERTIAS showed.

According to the poll results the organization headquartered in Zurich conducted in October in Serbia, 25,6% participants replied today’s service level is worse, i.e. lower level than five years ago, 35,1%o said it is better while 39,3% estimated it is at the same level as five years ago.

When asked to pick up economy sector within which companies provide the highest level of service for their clients, 15,8% of poll participants picked up private health sector out of nine offered answers ICERITAS states in the announcement delivered to Tanjug.

Banking with 14,6%, catering (cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc..) with 13,8%, technical equipment retail, electronic, household appliances (12,7%), telecommunications (12,4%), food products retail and FMCG (11,9%), insurance (8,1%) follow and clothes and shoes is among the last ranked as well with 6,2% as well as automotive (e.g. car services) with 4,5%.

When it comes to service of production companies (especially when it comes to complaints, solving complaints for quality, etc.) out of 1.200 participants, 32,5% of them picked up producers of hi-tech products (mobile phones, lap tops, computers, etc.).

The second-ranked ones are households producers whose service was estimated by 21,4% buyers, then food producers with 16,9%, car producers (10,1%), clothes producers follow (5,6%) and the lowest level of service was estimated at beverage and body hygiene cosmetic products with 1,1% respectively.

When it comes to service level in the region, 36,3% of participants in Croatia out of 1.200 estimated that the service level is the same as five years ago while 35,6% thinks it is at the higher level .

Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina think service of companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina is at the same level as five years ago 35,6%, while 31,5% thinks it is better.

Slovenians are among the most satisfied ones – high percentage of 48,8% participants estimated that service of companies at their market is more quality than five years ago.

Research of ICERTIAS Customers' Friend conducted in also Montenegro shows improvement of service level and relations of companies compared to five years ago since this is how 51,4% participants voted.

When it comes to satisfaction of citizens with treatment and level of kindness to clients, trust, level of professionalism in solving clients’ complaints in service and trading sector, results in the researched markets are equal- citizens of the region are most satisfied with the service of private health sector.
