Nelt generates turnover growth of 39% - They announce investments in production, online trading and retail

(Milos Jelic) In 2014, Nelt generated turnover of EUR 539 m and they expect turnover to reach EUR 751 m which is a growth of 39%. Today, Nelt has 3.760 people at 7 markets in 11 companies, Milos Jelic, executive manager at Nelt Group has said today.

Nelt, a leader in providing services in distribution, logistics, production, retail and marketing, apart from successful business operations at the markets of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro, as stated at media conference, has been generating significant expansion of business activities in sub-Sahara Africa - in Angola, Zambia and Mozambique. Opening of office in South Africa was also announced.

He said the company in 2014 invested EUR 11 m and that this year they are planning to pour EUR 11 m, more than EUR 10 m at the market of Serbia.

Milan Radivojevic, executive manager for strategies and business development at Nelt Group said they developed their business in Africa and that they are trying to set up cooperation at all markets with their principles.

Radivojevic announced also expansion of business at the market of Albania, AP Kosovo and Methoija, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Italy.

Farm totaling EUR 30 m


In the new farm within Neoplant, Nelt will pour EUR 30 m.

Another plan is development of Neoplanta retail network development. Neoplanta exports to Russia, Africa, Romania, Bulgaria and they are planning to expand to other countries.

Online purchase

Nelt is planning introducing of online trading, similar to world brands (Amazon, eBay) and platform will be put into operations next year already.

As he said, the platform will first operate in our country and then expansion to other markets follows.
