Sempiola from Cyprus increases its stake in Metalac to over 5%

The Cypriot company Sempiola Invest Limited has announced that its stake in Metalac now exceeds 5%, adding that it currently holds 53,344 shares in Metalac, that is, 5.2% of the issued stock.
Sempiola acquired this big stake in Metalac in a relatively short time, during this year, and the biggest number of shares was acquired at the price ranging from 2,200 to 2,300 dinars per share.
The controlling stake in Metalac is held by managers and employees who have more than 55% of shares in their possession. This company has recently announced the intention to buy back its own stock again, this time at a share price of RSD 2,230, in a bid to reward managers and employees.
