Bulgarian Telekom and US Grisoft signed contract on customer support - experts needed

- Bulgarian telecommunication company (BTC) has signed contract on customer support with American software giant "Grisoft" - said the official of BTC, but he refused to specify the value of the contract.

According to this contract, BTC will provide customer support services to clients of "Grisoft" through call center that will be the fourth of the kind in the world providing services to the company for anti-virus and Internet protection.

At first, about 60 BTC workers will be included in this project, but more expert personnel will be needed, so that it is expected that Bulgarian company will announce ads for new workers.
