German R plus S Solution to acquire plant in Novi Sad - Job for 400 people

Representatives of German company in energy, R plus S Solution from Fulda, visited Novi Based-company Energotehnika – Juzna Backa and then two heads, Dragoljub Zbiljic and Markus Roner discussed implementation of business plans and further cooperation which started two years ago with the letter of intentions at the City hall in Novi Sad.

Business cooperation resulted in set up of joint venture RSE with equal capital share which has been operating successfully in Fulda, as well as the founder, Juzna Backa which is a leader in energy in Serbia. According to Zbiljic, it has no competition in high or mid voltage in the country. In the first half this year, Energotehnika – Juzna Backa" generated profit of EUR 70 to 80 m higher than last year.

They have now stepped into large investment plans with German company.

Speaking about how joint venture operates in Fulda, the head of RSE Fulda, Matijas Predojevic said the plant has 300 people, 180 of whom came to Germany from our country.
