Polish company “Kopex” payed 430 millions RSD for three companies from “MIN holding” – “Oprema”, “Mont” and “Fitip”

“MIN holding” companies – “Oprema”, “Mont”, “Fitip” from Nis, have been sold for 430 millions EUR to a Polish company for manufacture of mine machines “Kopex”, which has already 10 factories in Warszawa.

Representative of this company stated that “Kopex” had been present at Serbia’s market for already a long time and that it had made a turnover of 30 millions EUR in 2003. in Serbia, and the first cooperator was “MIN Svrljig”.
