Apiarists from Zlatar export honey to Italy

Over seven tons of the first class Zlatar honey will be on the way to Italy and Dragan Divac, an apiarist from Bistria is one of the biggest exporters.

Export price of EUR 4,5 per kilogram guarantees solid earning so in this part of Serbia there is an increasing number of apiarists who produce honey in line with the strict terms which picky European market dictates.

The Italians buy honey at Zlatar in the past four years for mutual pleasure.

Based on current indicators, apiarists expect this year to be one of the most remunerative.
