Bathing season officially opened at Ada Ciganlija - Lake sides connected by zip-line

Bathing season at Ada Ciganlija was officially opened Wednesday, June 10th. The biggest bathing resort of Belgrade has been awarded "Blue Flag" for the fourth consecutive year, which represents a confirmation that the quality of water, service and safety meet strict criteria, said Sinisa Mali.

A novelty at Ada Ciganlija is zip-line, an aerial runway that can transport visitors from one side of the lake to the other. Zarko Sormaz specified that it was an adrenaline sport and a result of a private investment.

Sormaz pointed out that the bathing season had been opened five days earlier this year because the temperature of water was at the prescribed level of 22 degrees Centigrade. He also voiced his expectation that the number of visitors will be substantially increased this summer season.
