Budimka and 21. oktobar put up for sale - Privatization Agency sells 10 companies

The Privatization Agency announced today that the assets of Kragujevac-based 21. oktobar, Budimka in Pozega and Tehnohemija in Belgrade were put up for sale.
Among the assets for sale are, once again, the smelter and central location of the Kragujevac company 21. oktobar, which were also offered to prospective buyers on April 17, after which the Privatization Agency cancelled the call for proposals without citing the reason for that.
The starting price of the smelter is EUR 660,614, whereas the central location of the company is offered at a starting price of EUR 8.9 million.
The deadline to submit applications for both assets is July 22nd, and the bids will be opened August 5th.
Budimka is put up for sale at a starting price of EUR 2.1 million. Applications for participation in public auction and takeover bids for Budimka can be submitted by July 20th, two days prior to their public opening.
Tehnohemija is offered for sale at a starting price of about EUR 4 milllion. The deadline to submit bids is July 20th, while their public opening should take place on July 22nd.
The Privatization Agency is also selling Elektroporcelan from Arandjelovac, PPT Delovi from Novi Pazar, agricultural companies Omoljica from Pancevo and Bratstvo jedinstvo Neuzina, Vojvodina from Starcevo, 7. jul from Sirig, and Seme-Tamis Pancevo.
