SERTIC: Replacement of bad managers urgent

(Zeljko Sertic) The minister of trade, Zeljko Sertic, announced urgent replacement of all managers and representatives of capital wich used restructuring for personal privilege.

He said for "Blic" that after the meeting with IMF and withdrawal of the proposal of the Ministry that for 25 companies in restructuring deadline is extended and that in that they are protected from court payment collection, there are no disagreements with the Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic since they are all angry with the heads who were buying time in restructuring for personal benefits.

He added the list for replacement contains 10 heads and 27 capital reps but that the tendency is to continue with it.

The minister explained that he is not surprised with the fact that the Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić at the meeting with IMF withdrew proposal of the Ministry of deadline extension for 25 firms. Deadline within which they are protected with the Decision of the Constitutional court expires May 31.

Sertic reminded that changes started from the Agency for privatization.
The minister reminded that 526 companies is waiting for privatization at the moment and that by July 1 situation for 338 will be solved.
