Finish SISU Car delivered the only offer for FAP, check follows

The commission for implementation of the strategic partnership model for the selection of the strategic investor for "Fabrika automobila Priboj" stated that within deadline for submission of applications, in line with the Public call, only "SISU Car" ("Suomen Erikoisajoneuvot Oy") headquartered in Finland, Karjaa, submitted its application, the Agency for privatization announced.

Final decision on whether participant complies with qualification terms will be made by the Agency for privatization after checking banking guarantee of a bidder.

In line with the Regulation on strategic partnership only if Commission sees that participant fulfills qualification terms and that the application is timely and complete, it will open an envelope marked with "Offer".

After obtaining confirmation on regularity of delivered banking guarantee, the Commission will decide on further process.
