"Telekom Srbija" paid first installment for purchase of "Telekom Srpske"

Spokesperson of the Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska, Biljana Bokić, said that "Telekom Srbija" had paid the first installment for purchase of "Telekom Srpske" on June 4, 2007.

She said to the press that the money was paid on the special account and added that the distribution of those funds would be carried out in accordance with the contracts between the Government of Republic of Srpska and commercial banks.

- The rest of the money for procurement of 65% of State-owned assets in "Telekom Srpske" should be paid by the end of the week - said Bokić. "Telekom Srbija" bought "Telekom Srpske" for 646m EUR.
