Podravka starts merge of meat industry Danica

Management of Podravka, continuing with implementation of measures for business efficiency increase, made decision on initiating process of merging limited liability company Danica, it was announced on Wednesday, February 25, 2014 from Koprivica-based company.

Podravka and meat industry Danica will sign a contract on merging which will become effective when the Assembly of Danice approves of it.

Podravka owns Danice in 100% stake.

- With this merge, Podravka is planning to develop production program of meat cans and meat products and to invest additional funds in strengthening competitive position of this production program – it was stated in the announcement.
