Telekom releases public call for privatization advisor – Deadline March 6

Telekom released public call for privatization advisor for the company sale, it was stated at the company website.

The subject of public procurement, as stated in the call, are services of management consulting from an advisor in the form of expert help in defining proposal of privatization model of Telekom with an objective to develop telecommunications in Serbia.

Criterion for the contract, as it was stated, is the most favorable economic offer.

Delivery deadline is March 6 and the same day, after deadline for offers submission expires, public bids opening will be conducted.

Ordering party will make a decision on the contract assignment within 25 days as of public bids opening and will deliver it to all bidders within three days as of the day of the decision.
