Noise protection walls at highway through Belgrade - Putevi Srbije released competition for contractors

At two locations in Belgrade, walls for noise protection from highway will be built at the Clinical and hospital center Bezanijska kosa and at the Emergency, which were featured as specially endangered through measuring the Ministry of construction announced.

As stated in the announcement, at the initiative of the VP of the government and he minister construction, traffic and infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlovic, in cooperation with the City of Belgrade, competitions for construction of noise protection walls at two locations in the city were released.

- It was planned that at CHC Bezanijska kosa, ground backfilling with the noise protection wall made of light concrete should be built while the perception wall in combination of highly absorbing aluminum panels and plexiglass panels will be made – it was announced.

The ministry reminds that, upon the request of citizens, the City of Belgrade turned to the Ministry of construction, traffic and infrastructure, so that protection barriers for traffic noise level decrease would be built next to E-75 highway

Based on that, he adds that VP of the Government initiated that protection walls next to most endangered locations should be built and PC Putevi Srbije released competition for these works.
