Easier to the seaside – bypass around Ovčar Spa, works on road section from Borova Glava to Kokin Brod done in two months

Today (May 7, 2007), Minister of Capital Investments, Velimir Ilić, put into operation newly built bypass around Ovčar Spa, near Čačak, in the construction of which Public Company "Putevi Srbije" invested 646m RSD from the funds of European Investment Bank.

At the ceremony of putting this bypass into operation, in the presence of representatives and citizens of the Zlatibor and Moravica regions, Ilić said that 50-year dream of the citizens had come true, as well as the dream of all drivers in Serbia, that one big “black spot” on the motorway towards the seaside be avoided.

Ilić announced that the works on the section of the road from Borova Glava to Kokin Brod would be completed in two months, which would give Serbia better road to the seaside.
