Jager’s suite still under construction - hotel Splendid to host "Rolling Stones" in Montenegro


Elite hotel "Splendid" will be the host to the most famous rock group "Rolling Stones", who will have spectacular concert on "Jaz" beach on July 9. The most expensive hotel, not only at Montenegrin seaside, will let 12 suites at the disposal of the cult group.
Legendary Mick Jager will be settled in "penthouse" suite of 200 square meters, while the other "eternal" boys will get similar "apartments" in the hotel in Bečići. They will be accompanied by their head man for light effects Toni Šmiker.
- The suite where Jager will be resting has not been completed yet. The works are close to end and everything will be ready for the “moving in” before the arrival of “Stones” – said Časlav Perović, the Manager of Company "Montenegrostars", which owns "Splendid" hotel.
"Montenegrostars" offered accommodation for technical personnel in hotel "Blue star" in Budva, which is, also, the property of this company. The estimate is that the team, which follows “Rolling Stones” all over the world, will consist of about 200 people.
The technical team arrives in Budva on July 5 from Bari by ship with numerous towing trucks, prefab stage and other accessories that will be needed for the concert on "Jaz", where it is expected that about 80,000 people will come to see and listen to the three-year concert of “Stones”.
Mick Jager arrives by plane from Rome on July 8 to the airport in Tivat, wherefrom he will be taken by a helicopter to his suite in "Splendid". Before him, that suite will be used by famous football player David Beckham, who will be a wedding guest at the gala-wedding of certain Greek shipowner. It is most likely that Jager and friends will come to the concert by a helicopter.
