Overhaul of three sections at Corridor 10 to start by the end of 2014

Serbian and Russian railways signed "annex 2" to the contract for implementation of the Russian loan for reconstruction of three sections at Corridor 10, in the north of Serbia and as the head of the Directorate for infrastructure of the Zeleznice Srbije, Goran Maksic, is announcing, the works could start in a month and a half.

Total length of the rails to be reconstruction is some 65, 7 km. The sections are Ruma-Golubinci (17, 9 km), Sopot Kosmajski-Kovacevac (18, 4) and Mala Krsna-Velika Plana (29, 4) in the north part of the Corridor 10 and the works total EUR48, 7 m.

He said annex was signed after long negotiations.
